PAYMENTS
Upon agreement on the purchase, an invoice will be sent via e-mail and payments are due within 2 business days. Failure of payment within this time will result in cancellation of the purchase.
All payments will be processed via Paypal and are taken in US Dollars ($USD), charged at the current exchange rate.
Paypal is one of the most secure ways of shopping online. When you purchase using Paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping costs are calculated based on location, size of item and weight.
International shipping can be organized for selected pieces. Please contact us to provide a quote for shipment. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any tax, duty charges and handling fees. These charges will depend on the receiving country.
DAMAGED GOODS
We take every precaution to make sure your purchased artwork arrives in great condition. On the rare occasion your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your item and we will work diligently toward a solution. We will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during transit internationally.
RETURNS POLICY
In principle, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. However, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Clara Lemos is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artwork. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Clara Lemos. Color variation may differ due to the nature of items. All photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you have a question about an item before purchasing, we are always happy to help.
